Pritam and Pedro review — Rajkumar Hirani's warm streaming debut

Rajkumar Hirani's first outing as a series creator turns what could have been a cold cyber-thriller into a genuinely warm buddy comedy. Directed by Avinash Arun and set in a sun-drenched Goa, Pritam and Pedro pairs an analogue cop with a tech-savvy young hacker.

Arshad Warsi is in terrific form — comic timing intact, but with an unexpected tenderness — while debutant Vir Hirani holds his own. The writing keeps the cases light without making them trivial.

Verdict: Funny, feel-good and thoroughly bingeable. One of the most likeable Indian shows of 2026.
